Our collections

Our promise

Forty years, one shop, one family

Started by our grandfather at Bara Bazar in 1982, and run from the same counter since.

  • The scale is digital and turned towards you, not towards us
  • The hallmark is on the piece before it is on the bill — check the number yourself
  • Old gold is melted and weighed in front of you, at that morning’s rate

In their words

What customers say

They melted my old chain in front of me and showed the weight on the screen. In forty years nobody had done that for me.

The making charge was on the estimate before I said yes. That is the only reason I came back for my daughter’s set.

Two thousand a month for eleven months, and the twelfth was theirs. Everything was written on the card, nothing was said and forgotten.

Saving scheme

The 11-month gold saving scheme

Almost nobody here buys gold in one payment. So you put in a fixed amount for eleven months, the twelfth is ours, and at the end you buy at the rate on that day — not at a rate we decide for you. The card stays in your hand and every instalment is signed onto it.

  • Start from ₹1,000 a month, on whichever date suits you
  • The twelfth instalment is ours — that is the whole discount, and there is no other
  • Stop halfway and your money comes back, with nothing deducted

Old gold

Bring your old gold. It is weighed in front of you.

Before you buy

What is the making charge?

Between 8% and 14% depending on the work — plain chains at the lower end, bridal pieces at the higher. It is told before you decide and printed on its own line, never folded into the gold rate.

Will you buy the piece back later?

Hallmarked gold bought here comes back at 100% of that day’s rate, with nothing deducted. Gold bought elsewhere is taken at the rate as well — but the making charge is returned by nobody in this trade, including us, and anyone promising otherwise is making it up somewhere else.

How do I check the hallmark myself?

Every piece carries a six-character HUID number. Type it into the BIS Care app on your own phone and it shows the purity and who registered it. Ask for the lens at the counter — we keep one there for exactly this.

Can I see a set before buying?

Yes — wear it at the counter and see it in daylight at the door. For bridal work we send photos and a video on WhatsApp first, so the family at home sees it before you make the trip.
