This page explains what information Artistic Anup (run by Anupam, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar) collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What I collect
When you send the enquiry form: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to fill in — business name and type, the service you need, a budget and your message.
When you message or call me: your number and what you send on WhatsApp or say on the call.
When you become a client: the details needed for the quotation, receipt and invoice (name, business, phone, town, amounts paid and how), and the content you give me for your website or design — photos, text and logo.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, do the work you asked for, and keep the payment records every business has to keep. I do not sell or share your details for marketing, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
Services that handle it
The enquiry form is delivered to my email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Messages on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. My email is a Google account. Nothing is passed to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted on request, and are not used for anything else in the meantime. Client records — quotations, receipts and invoices — are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted (except records the law requires me to keep). You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write or message me and I will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
