Prices and quotation

Prices on this website are starting prices. Before any work begins you get a written quotation with the exact price, what is included and the delivery date. If GST ever applies, it is shown on the quotation.

Payment

50% of the quoted price is paid in advance to start the work, by UPI, cash or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid once you have approved the design, before the website goes live or the final files are handed over. You get a receipt for the advance and an invoice at the end.

Your content and delivery time

Please send your photos, text and logo within 3 days of paying the advance. Delivery time is counted from the day all of it has arrived: a Starter website (3 – 5 pages) goes live in 3 to 4 days and a Business website (4 – 8 pages) in 4 to 7 days. Other work follows the date on its quotation.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, text, logos and other material you send, and that they break no law.

Changes

Three rounds of changes are included while the design is being made. Changes beyond that, or after you have approved the design or the site has gone live, are charged per change, and the charge is agreed before I start on it. Approvals and change requests sent on WhatsApp count as written.

If a project goes quiet

If there is no reply from you for 30 days — for content, feedback or payment — the project is treated as closed, and the refund policy applies. If you want to restart it later, it gets a new delivery date.

Hosting, SSL and domain

Hosting and the SSL certificate are free for the life of the website, on hosting I choose and manage, for normal business use and lawful content. The domain name is registered in your own name and paid for by you, including its yearly renewal; if the domain is not renewed, the website goes offline.

Ownership

Once the full amount is paid, the final website, logo and design files are yours. Until then they remain with me. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

What I cannot promise

I set every site up properly for Google, but nobody can guarantee a ranking or a number of customers. Services run by others — Google, WhatsApp, payment gateways, domain registrars, printers — follow their own rules and can have outages that are outside my control. Printing is billed by the press, not by me.

My total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is first talked through; if it cannot be settled, the courts at Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar have jurisdiction.
