Refund & Cancellation Policy

Work starts only after you have seen the written quotation and paid the 50% advance. This page explains what happens to that money if the project is cancelled.
Cancelling before design work starts
If you cancel before I have started on the design, the full advance is refunded.
Cancelling after design work has started
Once design work has started, the advance is not refunded — it pays for the time already spent on your project. The same applies when a project is closed after 30 days without a reply from you.
After approval
The second 50% is paid after you have approved the design, so it is not refundable once the website is live or the files have been handed over.
If I cannot deliver
If I cancel a project or cannot deliver what was quoted, everything you paid for the undelivered work is refunded.
Social media plans
There is no lock-in. You can stop at any time before the next month begins; a month whose work has already started is not refunded.
Domain and other third-party fees
Fees paid to others — the domain registrar, a printer, or an advertising platform — are not refundable by me.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by the same method you used — UPI, cash or bank transfer — within 7 working days of the cancellation being agreed.
