Every step, and who does what
A Starter or Business website follows these steps. Logo and social media work follow the same idea, with the dates written on their quotation.
Step 01
You get in touch
A WhatsApp message, a call or the enquiry form. No forms to fill beyond that, and no technical words needed.
Day 1You
- Tell me what your business does and what you need
- Send a website you like, if you have one in mind

Step 02
We talk, you get a written quotation
A short talk about your customers and your budget. Then a written quotation: the exact price, what is included, what is not, and the delivery date.

- Read the quotation and ask anything that is not clear

- Write the fixed price and the date down before any work starts
- Keep the quotation valid for 15 days
Step 03
50% advance, and work starts
Half of the quoted price starts the work, by UPI, cash or bank transfer. You get a receipt for it.

- Send the advance receipt and start on your design
Step 04
You send your content
Your photos, the text about your business and your logo. The delivery time is counted from the day all of it has arrived.

- Tell you exactly what is still missing, if anything
Step 05
Design, and three rounds of changes
You see your design and tell me what to change, in plain Hindi. Three rounds of changes are included; send each round in one message.

- Look at the design and list your changes in one message

- Make the changes and show you again
- Agree the price first for any change beyond the three rounds
Step 06
You approve, and pay the other 50%
When you are happy with the design, the second half is paid. Approvals on WhatsApp count as written.

- Send the final receipt: everything paid, nothing due
Step 07
Your website goes live
The site goes live on your own domain, with the security padlock (SSL), and is checked on a phone.
Starter: 3 – 4 days after your content · Business: 4 – 7 daysYou
- Pay for the domain name, registered in your own name
- Renew the domain every year; if it lapses, the site goes offline

- Host the website and keep SSL on, free for the life of the website
- Set it up properly for Google
Step 08
Handover, and a call in Hindi
Once everything is paid, the website, logo and design files are yours. You get a handover note with every detail of your site, and I explain on a call how to use it.

- Quote any later change before doing it
If plans change
What happens to your money
Said plainly here, in full in the Terms and the Refund policy.
- Cancel before design work starts: the full advance is refunded.
- Cancel after design work has started: the advance pays for the time already spent.
- No reply for 30 days (content, feedback or payment): the project is closed; it can restart later with a new date.
- If I cannot deliver what was quoted: everything you paid for the undelivered work is refunded.
