When someone in Motihari searches "saree shop near me" or "coaching centre", the first thing Google shows is a map with three businesses. Those listings come from a free Google Business Profile. Here is how to make yours complete.
Create or claim your profile
Go to business.google.com and sign in with a Google account that you will keep for the business. Search for your shop first, because Google may already have it; if so, claim it. If not, add it as a new business. Google may ask you to verify, by phone, video or code, and that can take a few days.
Fill every field, the same way everywhere
Use your name exactly as on your shop board, with no extra keywords added. Set the right main category (for example "Saree shop" or "Coaching centre"), your address with the map pin placed on the real spot, your phone number, your timings including holidays, and your website link. Keep your name, address and phone identical on your website, Justdial, Facebook and Instagram.
Add real photos
Add at least ten of your own photos: the shop front from the road, the inside, your products or work, and your team. Customers trust profiles with real photos more. Add a few new ones every month.
Ask for reviews, and answer every one
Reviews matter more than almost anything else. Ask happy customers in person or on WhatsApp, and send them the direct review link from your profile. Reply to every review, good or bad, politely. Never buy or write fake reviews: Google removes them and can hurt your listing.
Post often and keep it current
Post an offer, a new arrival or a festival greeting once a week. Update your timings before every holiday. A profile that looks alive is trusted more than one that looks forgotten.
Link it to your website
